The Amazing Giant Teddy Sunflower Plus More Autumn Decor Inspiration

Sunflowers are quintessential Fall flowers, don't you agree? They are so large and this variety is a GIANT. It reminds me of a big teddy bear because it's so fluffy in the middle. Angie from God's Growing Garden has grown and photographed several dozen different varieties this year and has displayed all of them on her blog. It's really amazing to see all the different kinds of sunflowers there are. Did you know there is a giant Sungold sunflower and a chocolate sunflower? If you hop over to Angie's blog you will get to see dozens of different varieties of sunflowers. It's enlightening. Really.

As the sunflowers mature they have sunflower seeds in the center of the flower and it's fun to watch the birds hang on the flowers to get to the ripe seeds. Eventually, the center of the sunflower is empty of all seeds because the birds ate them all!

The foods of Fall are so fun and tasty! Right? What's more wonderful sounding than a pumpkin spice and  marshmallow whoopie pie? I can answer that. Nothing!!

I also included a fun turkey pretzel that I made years ago that I think you will enjoy. This is a fun thing to make with kids. These little turkeys are fun and easy to make.
