10 Ways to Use a Bargain Lantern and a Luscious Banana Cream Pie

Lanterns are my favorite thing. Do you like them also? I love decorating the inside of lanterns for Christmas and especially with shells and starfish in the summer. In fact, I have one in my newly renoed bathroom (see below feature).

Theresa from Shoestring Elegance hits a home run with her chalk painted Mason jars. I love them so much. She has some tips for painting and giving them a shine!

August is National Peach Month and for a good reason. Look and see what awesome peach decorating and recipes that Yellow Brick Road has for us!

What's cuter than mini lattice topped blueberry pies? Nothing! These are shared by House on Silverado with a full tutorial on how to make the lattice tops.

And THEN there is a luscious banana cream pie that looks WAY too good by Marilyn's Treats. It has a hazelnut crust, too.

Cute little organizing baskets by White House Crafts and a diffuser bracelet by Eccentricities by JVG that looks super cool.

Lots of inspiration here tonight, everyone. Please ENJOY the party and add your own wonderfulness below.

Best wishes and blessings, Linda

10 Ways to Use a Bargain Lantern by Life at Bella Terra

My bathroom lantern on the little shelf near the bathtub. I painted the grout around all the tiles white and it made such a difference! It was brown grout and SO dull and dark in there. It was a cost effective way to brighten the bathroom without having to redo all the tile. Anyway, since I have a beachy, mermaid theme in there this lantern fits in perfectly, don't you think?
