Raisin filled cookies and Mom!

Mom is 101 years old and still cooking Christmas cookies for the family. She will make plates of cookies for each family at Christmas.
Can I have a cookie, too?
Roll out the sugar cookie dough and cut circles.

This is the raisin filling...
It's a basic sugar cookie recipe. You roll out the dough and cut circles, put a teaspoon/tablespoon of the raisin filling in the center and cover with another circle of dough. Yummy. We try to put some raisin juice in the center so you have to work quickly to seal it before the juice drips out the side.
Oh, then we made some of these Swedish jam filled cookies. Same thing - sugar cookie recipe. Then you cook the cookies and add the jam when the cookies are cool. Cover with confectioner's sugar.
