This came out great! Wow. Surprise!

My mom had some moire fabric that I thought would make a pretty purse so I asked her if I could have it and she said, "Of course." I knew she'd say that. Anyway, I had an idea of how I wanted this purse to look and LO, and behold, it came out just like I pictured it to be. It SURPRISED the heck out me!

  2. Love your purse, it will be perfect for Christmas time with its lovely red color! That moire fabric makes me think of all the lovely vintage moire ribbons I have, don't you just love how the lights shimmer across the design in the pattern! Saw your post on the quick-made purses and just love them. I just bought a book on making purses and had wanted to give it a try. I am hoping they will stitch up fast too and look nice at the end of it all. Keep your fingers crossed!! :-) warmly, Debby
