Vintage Chicken Crate, Chunky Yarn Pumpkins and Lots More DIY Fun

 Welcome, Friends!!

We've got some really fun and interesting things to share from last week's Thursday Favorite Things Party and I know you are going to be inspired to make some. I know I am.

A Life Unfolding Blog shares her vintage chicken crate which she uses as a coffee table. I missed out on getting one of these a few years ago. I was so bummed. I was visiting my sister in Pennsylvania but still keeping a watch on my local Facebook tag sale. I saw the chicken crate!! I immediately said I wanted it and would be returning to Connecticut in a few days. When I returned she said she had cross posted the crate and it had sold. I was mad and sad at the same time. Is that possible? I still want one but haven't seen any...

I am deeply going down internet rabbit holes to find some diy pumpkin inspiration and guess what? There was inspiration right on our party!! A Life of Balance shows how to make pumpkins with chunky yarn. Looks like fun, people. Take a look.

The food this week is amazing as it always is. The hamburger soup recipe sounds so right for a chilly September by Cincy Shopper. The pumpkin cheesecake by 3 Boys and a Dog makes my mouth water and the pumpkin pudding by Walking on Sunshine? Yum!!!

These adorable moose coasters by Ann's Entitled Life are so appropriate for the wintertime, don't you think? Looks easy and could be a great gift, too, for Christmas gifting.

Enjoy some DIY this week and some yummy and healthy food, my friends. Stay well.
