How're you all doing during the quarantine? Finding things to do around there house is challenging even though, technically, there is PLENTY to do. I have paint project projects that are unfinished, rooms to paint, even, but I'm finding it difficult to focus on something so mundane amid so much distress and uncertainty so I've been focusing on cooking. And taking walks. I try not to watch the news all day but it's difficult because I want to know what's going on all the time.

Then I saw this and now I have some places to visit in the world... virtually... and an awesome apple cake you can make from what you have in your cupboard!
