Best Shortcuts for a Dreamy Shortcake

Easiest Shortcuts to make Strawberry and Blueberry Shortcake

You are going to LOVE this shortcake. The "cake" part is really a bought pound cake cut up into little squares and put into the bottom of  a springform pan. Then you just pile on the cream cheese "fluffy" top. It tastes AWESOME!

Recipe:

1 bought pound cake (frozen) cut into 1 inch squares
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 medium sized container of Cool Whip
1 cup cut up strawberries
1 cup blueberries

Place the pound cake squares in the bottom of an 8 inch springform pan. Place the cut up strawberries over the pound cake.

In a medium bowl cream the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes). Fold the Cool Whip and blueberries into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the pound cake and strawberries. Cool in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

To serve remove the sides of the springform pan. Embellish with blueberries and strawberries. Cut up and serve. You are going to love this!!

Hope you are having a great summer!
