Cherries and Cheesecake Dessert and Dip

Cherries and Cheesecake Dessert and Dip

No bake cheese mix covered with cherries

Now here is something that is absolutely luscious and it takes NO TIME to make - that's a basic requirement for me. :) I don't like complicated recipes with scads of ingredients. It takes too long to read the recipe, let alone make it. I do appreciate others who DO make these wonderful, complicated desserts, though. God bless them!

Okay, here it is:

Very smooth tasting and the cherries give just enough tang. Mmmm...

Glass bowls filled with cheesecake and canned cherries

This is not really a recipe (as I've said so often before). It's really just putting things together.

I used a Jello No Bake Cheesecake Package and made it according to directions: It's very fast to make. I used a whisk to beat around the milk and the package cheesecake. It's ready in 2 minutes or thereabouts.

After it's set, I poured some into individual containers which me and Mr. Crafts a la Mode enjoyed. Then I filled another small glass bowl with the rest, put the bowl in a larger glass bowl and tucked in some Nilla Vanilla wafers around it. See below:

I brought some to Laura, my daughter who just had a premie baby boy. She really liked this dessert/cheesecake.

Because it's so simple there is no excuse for not making something special every night!!

Be inspired and make this! Someone will be glad you did. :)

Hope you are enjoying this cold weather, yes??

Best wishes,
