An Easy, Quick Food Gift to Give for Christmas

There is not much work involved with giving this food gift ...

I started with a cake mix. I wanted to include frosting also and the frosting is included in this mix.

I wrapped a Frosty towel around the cake mix and wrapped and pinned this Frosty ribbon (isn't this cute ribbon) around it to form a handle at the top.

I added a little sprig of Christmas greens and a bow also..

I think this is such a cute food gift, don't you? The best thing about this is that you don't actually have to cook anything. :) Assemble all the parts, add a ribbon, and Voila!!  Done.

Best wishes, everyone,

  1. What a neat idea!! :)

Thanks again for joining the Link Up this week!

  2. Love this idea, Linda! When you give a plate of cookies or other prepared food, it needs to be used right away. But this allows you to wait until you need a special dessert, and it's still quick and easy to make. I like the way you wrapped it, too.

  3. Amazing style of gift to be bestowed for sure. I loved the idea very much. In my opinion bestowing handmade gifts to anyone is a better and more beautiful option over several artificial styles of gifts. People must prefer this way of gifting handmade items to their loved one. To find a complete collection of highly attractive handmade gifts you can visit

  4. great homemade gift idea, especially for the baker in your life. Thank you for sharing. ~jb

  5. Great idea! Thanks for linking up for Take it on Tuesday!!
