Connecticut is under a deluge of snow. We are having the snowiest January ever on record. I think we have at least 30 inches on the ground right now and some drifts go up to 6 and 7 feet. Here are some pictures of the white stuff.
It’s so amazing. When I went to bed at 1 A.M. last night it was a complete whiteout outside. Complete whiteout. It was great. I didn’t want to go to bed but I was so tired. I did watch the snow swirl all around for a little while. I love snow.
Here are the dogs going out the front walk. You can see how far the snow is up to on the post light. It’s NEVER been that way. EVER.
Our mailbox…and Minnie.
My Mom’s house all snuggled in the snow.
Blame it on global warming! The pictures are gorgeous. If we get an inch in Alabama, everything is shut down, LOL :D
ReplyDeleteStay warm, and thanks for sharing your pictures with us!

Thanks for sharing your winter wonderland photos! I've never seen 6/7ft of snow in my life so am sitting here imagining all sorts of fun to be had !
ReplyDeleteWow! I have never seen this much snow. In fact, I was 19 before I saw my first snow...in GA. I did not see it again until we moved to PA...then the most we got was 3 ft. (and that was MORE than enough for this FL girl!). It is beautiful to look at...in your photos...but I much prefer the white sand of our beaches.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you stopped by...and I hope you'll visit again.
