A young (13) family member crocheted these cute cute animals. She also made herself a large tote bag. Good work, Julia!!
I’ve been turning old records into bowls. This past summer I bought old records at tag sales with the idea of turning records into bowls. I saw a record bowl turned into a pocketbook so that is the ultimate goal here. Eventually. There are several youtube video tutorials on how to turn a record into a bowl. Check it out here.
Here is one of the records I turned into a bowl. These bowls can’t be used for food due to a release of some kind of toxin(shudder), but as a pocketbook I think it would be great.

Now, about the record bowls, I LOVE that look. We have a loft decorated in Retro Nostalgia. I'm gonna need one of those for the guitar picks!
