I guess purselet would be a good name for this. I've made the bigger version of this little purse last fall and believe me, they are just as much work to make this small purse. Then I decided to spice it up (embellish) a little by adding a little ruffle and cut out felt bird (with a beaded eye). I think it came out cute. I'm wondering if the embellishment could be bigger. I might try that on the next one. I am in the process of making 7 of them so I can do each one a little differently. They are kind of fun to make and definitely fun to see them when they are finished.
Popped in a photo of the neighborhood crows....
Best wishes,
Linda
