Hi Katherine, No, the roses weren't fussy cut - Linda and I both bought a panel of these beautiful roses at a quilt show in New Jersey. I just matched up fabrics for strips, backed them with an iron on fleece, added a layer of Insul-Bright and a back and that was it. Not hard if you have the fabric. I made 12 in a few days.
