Easy Cranberry Jello Side Dish

This recipe comes from one of my mother's neighbors. That was about 35 years ago! Every so often we make this for a chicken meal or turkey or for get-togethers with family. My mother-in-law gave me her tips on how to make fabulous jello molds also. Hope you enjoy this.

Whole cranberry and pineapple raspberry jello

Recipe for Cranberry Jello Side Dish:

Ingredients:
  • 1 LARGE package of raspberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, including juice

Directions:

Boil 2 cups of water and add raspberry gelatin. Mix together.
Add the other ingredients.
Pour jello mixture into jello mold or into a 9" x 12" pan.
Refrigerate for a few hours or until firm.
This makes a considerable amount of cranberry mold.

Hope you all enjoy this Jello mold. It's a classic!

Have a great week.
