What to do with china teacups! How can I use my pretty china teacups? I drink large size iced teas. My daughter loves the large Dunkin Donuts coffees so what to do with all those pretty china teacups I've been collecting? How about serving a fun dessert in them? I made a Jello dessert in mine and everyone thought they were so beautiful and yummy looking. Throw in a bit of lace, too. I think they would make any occasion a bit more special, don't you?










Recipe for 4 to 5 cups of Strawberry Jello Dessert

Ingredients:

1 large package strawberry jello
1 package unsweetened gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3 cups cold water
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup strawberries cut up in small pieces
Cool Whip

Boil 1 cup water in a medium bowl in the microwave and dissolve package of jello in it. Put the unsweetened gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water to soften. Wait 5 minutes and then mix it in with the strawberry jello. Add 3 cups cold water to the jello mixture and stir well. Add sour cream and stir well. Put strawberry pieces in the bottom of the teacups.  Pour the jello mixture over the strawberries. Chill until firm. Make a flower shape from Cool Whip on the top of the jello with a baker's frosting tip.
