Pumpkin Spiced Latte with Whipped Cream and Peanut Butter Drizzle

Pumpkin Spice Latte with Creamy Peanut Butter Drizzle

Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!

Now I know what all the hubbub is about with pumpkin lattes.

They are unbelievable! And the smell is heavenly!

Easy, too.

You basically heat some milk with a few tablespoons of pumpkin in the microwave until hot. Make a strong cup of coffee. Whip the milk around a little. Add to coffee. Top with cream. EASY.

Latte with pumpkin, peanut butter, and cream

Pumpkin Spiced Latte Recipe

1/4 cup strong coffee
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cooked pumpkin (canned)
1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
whipped cream

Put milk, pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and make a small hole in the plastic for venting. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes until the milk is hot.

Beat for 30 seconds or so until frothy.

Peanut Butter Drizzle Recipe

1 tablespoon peanut butter (I use all natural creamy peanut butter)
1 to 2 tablespoons milk or water until thin enough to drizzle.
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Whip peanut butter, sugar and milk in a small bowl.

***********

Pour the coffee in a mug and cover with the hot milk mixture. Smother with whipped cream. Drizzle with peanut butter liquid. Shake on some pumpkin pie spice.

  2. I do not drink coffee. I do have family and friends that do - I'll be sharing this with them. I am a Hot Chocolate lover so I am thinking that your Peanut Butter Drizzle would work on that....yum!
