Easiest Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip

Easiest Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip

The non guilty dip.. mostly no fat ingredients!!

I based my recipe on Frugal Foodie Mama's Skinny Cannoli Dip

This stuff is SO GOOD! OMG!

ricotta cheese, cool whip, and greek yogurt

You can't go wrong no matter how you put these ingredients together.

2/3 cup to a cup of plain Greek Yogurt (nonfat)
Half of a container of Cool Whip (low fat)
1 cup Ricotta cheese (nonfat)
1/2 cup  or more of mini chocolate chips

Assemble all these things together and mix. DONE.

Now wasn't that easy? I love the recipes that are just assembling ingredients.. It's so ...

FAST.

So you can get right to the good part .. eating.

chocolate mini chips in dip made with ricotta, yogurt and Cool Whip
..

This is so tasty. I thought sliced fruit would be perfect for this dip but since we've been making it, we've eaten it with cake, crackers, anything. (I bought some doughnuts last week - the small, white powdery ones - this dip was so amazing on those little honeys.... just a warning, here. This is not low-cal or low anything when you put it on those little powdered doughnuts.)

Definitely make some of this dip for the weekend. You'll be glad you did.
