All Natural Honey and Brown Sugar Lip Scrub

Welcome to the Homemade Beauty and Household products SHOWCASE..

My contribution to the showcase is an ...

All Natural Honey and Brown Sugar Lip Scrub

At this time of year in Connecticut, it's dry inside and cold outside. The perfect mixture for dry, chapped lips. If you have that problem also you might want to try this homemade lip scrub made with brown sugar, honey and a little olive oil.

The sugar is grainy and helps to exfoliate the dry, chapped skin and the olive oil moisturizes.
Perfect combination for smooth, soft lips. Enjoy!

Recipe for All Natural Honeyed Brown Sugar Scrub

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cover with plastic or put into a small jar. This probably should not be kept longer than one week. It's so easy to make from everyday ingredients and can be made readily as needed. Hope you enjoy this.

    1. I sure hope this helps. It's frigid here in Connecticut. This is our 2nd deep freeze going down to 4 degrees.
