I made this unbelievable dessert. No, I’m not kidding. It’s pear dumplings and they are good but the cream sauce (oh, my) adds so much more to the entire dessert. It might be the cream sauce that the pear dumpling sits in or it could be the almond extract but the flavor is just heavenly. (I use fat free half and half so it’s definitely guilt free – it’s fruit, right?).
