Succulent Placecards at the Party...

As promised here are some of the placecards I made for the party. I started with a colorful tag pack from Michael's/Joann's and used that as a base to put all the other stuff onto. These tags are pretty in and of themselves and come about 20 to a pack. The ribbon got tied through the hole of the tag. Then I bought packs of cutouts and chipboard sayings and used the double sided tape to adhere them to the tag. I put layers of stuff on them. Then tied a wired ribbon through the hole and taped the person's name onto the ribbon so as not to destroy the look of the placecard. To hold the card up I folded a piece of cardstock and taped it to the back of the placecard. I was very pleased and there were no two alike for the ladies/teen girls, about 40 of them. Oh, and I just noticed that little gold charms that we tied on also. Oh, and I glued on some ceramic roses and pearls and beads to dress the cards up, too. The teen girls got silver horseshoes tied on their placecards. Tomorrow I'll show some of the men's placecards.

By the way only 2 were left on the tables. Everyone else took theirs home! I guess they liked them, huh?

Best wishes to all and thanks for visiting. I missed posting and visiting all your blogs!!!
